Restoration Journeys held a technical workshop on Water Damage Restoration from February 21st - 26, 2010 at the El San Juan Hotel & Casino in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

        

This workshop featured some of the top presenters and leaders in the restoration industry.  Our hosts included Barry Costa, the leading water damage restoration instructor in the U.S. and past chairman of the IICRC Standards Committee, current Chairman of the IICRC Certification Council; and Larry Cooper, the producer and organizer of the Connections Events and the IICRC Standards Consultant.  Our Instructors include: Stephanie Beattie, Center for Disaster Recovery, the leading restoration school in Canada;  Daniel Bernazzani, PhD Candidate, Liberty Consulting, leading research and development of new processes and procedures for the restoration industry; and Dr. Dennis Deaton, Quma Learning Center, Author and International Speaker on Mind Management and the Ownership Spirit.
