Cancellation policy: Refunds will be given up to 120 days in advance of the event, less a $200 processing fee. Within the 120 days to the scheduled date 50% of the registration fees can be refunded to 60 days before.. Inside of 60 days there is not refunds. Transfers will be honored for a $100 processing fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Substitutions will be processed for a $50 processing fee per person.
